The Residences at the Crossings is a very exciting and unique project that consists 151 rental apartment built in two buildings on Aviation Road directly on The Crossings Park in Colonie. The project, which was completed in 2018,  consists of a mix of one and two bedroom apartment units and features high end finishes, beautiful common spaces such as community rooms, fitness centers, lounges, outdoor recreational areas and covered garage parking. Residents are  able to walk out of the building and walk right into the Crossings Park or the Rudy A. Ciccotti Recreational Center. In addition residents have all of the amenities of Wolf Road within walking distance including Colonie Center Mall, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Hannaford Supermarket and dozens of other retailers and businesses. We like to think of this project as a perfect live/work/play location.
